Before live customer traffic

Hosted authentication, provider credentials, call routing, WhatsApp or email execution, Razorpay live billing, legal notices, monitoring, backup drills and acceptance tests must be completed for the selected use case.

Cost boundary

The public website does not start paid model inference, phone calls, messages or AWS resources by itself. AWS infrastructure remains behind the documented INR 1,000/month planning gate.
